Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania

Your honeymoon begins gently, with no pressure to rush into the adventure.
Arrive in Tanzania and meet your private representative for the transfer into Arusha. After your flight, the journey into the city provides your first introduction to the pace and atmosphere of northern Tanzania.
Your accommodation offers a peaceful place to settle in, refresh and begin adjusting to your new surroundings. The remainder of the day is intentionally flexible. Depending on your arrival time, you may simply relax together, enjoy the gardens or have a quiet dinner.
This first evening is less about seeing everything and more about arriving properly — knowing that the safari begins tomorrow.

Day 2: Into the Wild
Tarangire & the Great Elephants

Your first full day in the wild begins with a landscape that feels distinctly African.
After breakfast, leave Arusha behind and travel toward Tarangire National Park. The transition is part of the experience as the landscape gradually opens and the character of the safari begins to emerge.
Enter the park for your first game drive, taking time to explore rather than simply travelling between sightings. Tarangire is particularly known for its elephants, ancient baobabs and varied wildlife habitats.
Your day is shaped around wildlife viewing, photography and moments of stillness. Lunch can be enjoyed in the wilderness, followed by another stretch of game viewing before continuing toward your lodge.
By evening, settle into your accommodation overlooking the landscape. As the light softens, the safari changes character: fewer vehicles, cooler air and the sounds of the bush becoming increasingly noticeable.

Day 3: Into Your Private Escape
A Slower Safari

Today the journey becomes more intimate.
After breakfast, continue deeper into the northern safari landscape. The drive itself becomes part of the experience, with changing scenery and fewer signs of everyday life.
Rather than structuring the day around a fixed list of activities, the pace is designed around you. Your guide can shape the day according to wildlife conditions, your energy levels and the moments you would most like to experience.
Arrive at your private reserve and settle into your lodge. There is time to enjoy the setting, have lunch and simply appreciate being somewhere away from the ordinary.
Later, head out for an afternoon safari before returning as the landscape begins to turn golden.

Day 4: Time Together

Wake naturally and enjoy a slow breakfast while the morning landscape comes alive. Today can be tailored around what you both want from the experience.
You may choose an early morning game drive when wildlife is particularly active, followed by a leisurely lunch and time at the lodge. Alternatively, spend more of the day immersed in the surroundings and venture out later.
The afternoon offers another opportunity to explore before returning for an intimate evening. This is deliberately one of the quieter days of the itinerary — a chance to reconnect with each other after the excitement of the safari.

Day 5: The Serengeti
Into the Endless Plains

Today you continue toward one of Tanzania's most iconic landscapes. The journey to the Serengeti is not simply a transfer; it is an unfolding transition from one ecosystem into another.
Once inside the Serengeti, begin your game viewing immediately. The plains can feel almost impossibly vast, yet wildlife is constantly moving through them.
Your guide will read the landscape, tracks and animal behaviour to help make the most of the afternoon. There is no need to hurry. The best moments often come from simply sitting quietly and watching the scene develop.
Arrive at your lodge in time to settle in and enjoy the evening atmosphere of the Serengeti.

Day 6: Serengeti
A Full Day in the Wild

Wake early for the cooler morning hours and head out while the plains are still quiet. Early mornings offer some of the most atmospheric wildlife experiences of the safari.
Spend the day exploring with your private guide. Depending on the season and current wildlife movement, the focus can shift naturally throughout the day.
Take time for photography, wildlife observation and the simple pleasure of being surrounded by a landscape that stretches far beyond the horizon.
Return toward camp later in the afternoon, allowing the final light to become part of the experience rather than treating sunset as simply the end of the game drive.

Day 7: Your Final Safari Day
One More Morning in the Serengeti

Wake early for one final opportunity to explore the Serengeti while the morning light is soft and the landscape is still cool.
Your guide can focus the morning around areas where wildlife activity is strongest, or simply take you somewhere beautiful and quiet if you would prefer to enjoy the landscape itself.
Return to the lodge for breakfast and spend some time reflecting on the journey so far. The remainder of the day gives you a final opportunity to enjoy your surroundings before your departure the following day.
Your final evening is a chance to celebrate the beginning of your married life in a place you will remember long after leaving Tanzania.
